Taobao named one of the winners of Customer Experience Awards 2008
Taobao.com was recognized as one of the companies devoting great efforts in customer experience manangement practices to small medium buyers, traders and suppliers . It has received an award from G-CEM last week.
The China-based internet company, owned by Alibaba Group, snapped up the ”Online Customer Experience Award, Asia Region 2008″, Aliuser at Alirens.com found the announcement in Taobao forum.
