Straight from the “horse” mouth -

Alibaba group’s chairman Jack Ma will show his face in a web cast to share his hands-on experience in building a e-Commerce business in China.

Hosted by Asia Society, the web cast will feature Mr Ma and his group of companies tonight (Hong Kong time zone). He will speak about building Alibaba, and share his insight on technological innovation and development as the driving forces of the global etrade business.

Some users have already submitted a flurry of questions to Mr Ma online. Interesting questions such as:

1.  If you were to launch Taobao.com here in the U.S., what steps would you take to make sure that Taobao doesn’t meet the same fate here in the US that eBay met in China?
2. What are the important distinctions and advantages that Alibaba has over its competitors…I am trying to understand why I, as an U.S. investor would find it wise to buy your stock again.
