Alibaba.com(HKSE1688) wholesales platform AliExpress offers a new channel for  small medium buyers, traders and suppliers to talk straight to each other after transaction completed. 

A new feedback system is now in place through which  buyer and supplier can leave feedback for each other.

To small medium buyers, they can check the feedback profile of a supplier on product detail page. You can click the positive feedback rate on the supplier details section.

To small medium suppliers, they can sign in to My Alibaba and check out buyers feedback

User reviews are considered a standard practice for usability and good user experiences. Customer review sections are very popular in B2B and B2C websites, they serve as proof about the expertise and quality of work on offer. It gives higher confidence, higher trust and high impact on new and current buyers.
